At Casa Luma, we curate and source unique, handcrafted items from skilled artisans across the world. Due to the nature of our supply chain and the individuality of each piece, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase is completed — except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

🛠️ Handmade & Artisanal Items

All our products are crafted by third-party artisans. This means:

  • Small variations in color, texture, or dimensions are natural and part of each item’s uniqueness.

  • These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

📦 Availability & Stock

Casa Luma operates with live stock data provided by our artisan suppliers. While we strive to keep product availability accurate, there may be rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed.

If we are unable to source your selected item within a reasonable timeframe or under the agreed conditions, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

💳 Order Finalization

Once your order is confirmed:

  • We immediately begin coordinating with the supplier to fulfill your request.

  • As we cannot cancel or retrieve funds once that process begins, all purchases are considered final.

  • In the unlikely case that the supplier cannot deliver, we will issue a full refund and notify you immediately.
