📍 Shipping Areas

We currently ship within Europe only.

Due to the nature of our sourcing model, international delivery beyond Europe is not available at this time.


📦 Order Fulfillment

  • Most products are shipped directly from our artisan suppliers via trusted logistics providers.

  • Once your order is placed, we begin coordinating fulfillment immediately.

  • Because items are often handmade or limited in stock, dispatch times can vary.


⏱ Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 5–15 business days (depending on product origin and availability)

  • If multiple items are purchased, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Please note: delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs, holiday schedules, or supplier availability.


💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product dimensions, and supplier.
In some cases, flat-rate or free shipping promotions may apply.


📬 Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
If your order includes multiple shipments, each will have its own tracking number.


🚫 Delays or Stock Issues

Because our pieces are often made in small batches, rare stock delays may occur.
In the event your item cannot be shipped within a reasonable time frame, we’ll inform you and offer a full refund.
